We also know that it can sometimes be risky going to a salon for the first time, after all unless you have been referred to them by a friend or relative, who knows how good the staff really are at their job, is the salon is clean & professional would be a question you'd ask yourself, do they offer a dignified service treatment? What sort of products do they use?

Your child is Your responsability in our salon & during Mobile Treatments in clients homes ect, please be aware our Mobile Body treatments are Not designed or set up to care for young children, please keep this in mind in our salon, our salon is set up for Body Treatments and Pampering client with relaxing wellness treatments, it's the reason why you visit us.

We do suggest finding a sitter for young children to ensure your 'time out' is spent being totally pampered and in a relaxing atmosphere. 

TRADING HOURS

Available SOON...Late on Thursdays...'til 9-PM - by appointment only.

Walk in's are most welcome. Appointments are suggested to avoid waiting or time delays.

Public Holidays...Mobile treatments will Incur a *$50 added surcharge to your bookings total amount. This is charged per location, not per client. Please enquire if this applies to your booking. No other fees apply.

Pamper parties held on Public holidays that are NOT held on the Darling Downs DO attract a call out fee, please enquire upon making your inital enquiry.

No added charges for after hours appointments. Before & After Hours appointments are available by request, we are only to happy to assist. 

**Locations further than the Darling Downs attract an added $50- call out fee, this covers the associated costs of time, travel distance, fuel and tolls.

Parties require a 20% booking fee to hold your required time and date, this is deducted from the parties total amount due which is paid at the start of the pamper party.

Group discounts may apply so please enquire, we are only too happy to assist you with any questions about us and our services.

If you are to cancel or reschedule your appointment time, you will need to give use 24 hrs notice, we do not want to charge you 50% of your treatment costs, if no notice is recieved 50% of the total costs of your booking will be applied to your next appointment.

(No shows) Repete failure to notify staff of appointment changes will result in clients pre paying for their treatment services.
